This year's prestigious Whelen Lecture will be delivered Tuesday, March 21st at 7:pm in the Adam Ballroom of the Delta Bessborough by Professor Brian W. Dippie of the University of Victoria, a leading expert on the American West and its art. The lecture explores the Canadian connections of America's favourite "cowboy artist", Charles M.
